1. Services
Rehan Tariq Web Solutions provides web development, design, SEO, and digital marketing services. All services are subject to a separate agreement between the client and our agency.
2. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon per project. Typically, 50% is due upfront and 50% upon completion. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the custom website design and code. Third-party assets (fonts, images, libraries) remain subject to their respective licenses.
4. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
